Realization

"It is all about the chase. Men love that...", is a phrase/sentence I have heard only too often. No doubt, you have too. Veering away from the usually fixed frame of reference, my pointer was to the phrase applied in a wholly different context.

That of living life. Now, more than ever I have realized that it indeed is the journey that is important. The chase. The living. Of chasing life I would wager. The spirit. The thought. The process. The high sense. The higher Self. The lower Self. Sensing them. The ever-changing colors in the kaleidoscope of life are bright, beautiful, loud and I view them clear. I have managed to drag a good part of me from the morrow to the today.

...and in your true (not saying darkest) moment you are actually alone. You alone are your best judge, your best friend, your best guide. Not said with even a hint of negativity but instead there is a positive to be drawn out of this. Every person has some thoughts, feelings in his/her deep dungeons that simply cannot be fathomed by anyone else, nor explained to anyone outside of his/her own inner frame of reference. By no means is this an intentional act mind you. But it is you. The closest an external entity can come to these silent thoughts is via some inexplicable mechanism, a kind of 7th sense, simply absorbing the silence, the unsaid and the unknown in an unsaid fashion, in an unknown, silent manner.

A realization.

A person to thank too.

The more and more times i read this post the more and more meaning iam putting into it!

Anand S said...

and which would be...

Does the meaning have to remain as anonymous as the reader? Pray enlighten me. The possibility of my not having understood what I wrote in there looms dark and mighty...

Though at the end of it all in life we stand tall and alone yet the contentment one derives from being empathised, that intutive sense of being understood the connnection one makes with another soul emits strong and subtle energy which propels one to dig deeper in their psyche to arrive at the innate truths of life.
right or not right?????

Oh of course you are right. Though at the core of what you say remains the fact that we are human. We reek of selfishness and in all forms, we seek what is only of importance and consequence to our own "selves" - be it on a materialistic or a spiritual plane. Even the so proclaimed "gyani" pundits are utterly selfish in seeking the Truth, which ultimately is nothing but a mere act of seeking happiness for themselves.

I was again talking of a simple thing here : of giving, of not seeking but understanding and giving "all" to the other person, whose understanding of you (as you say) gives you that feeling of fulfillment, completeness etc. In short, give, don't expect to take.

Complicated huh?

complicated yes!but simple enough to recognize the sublime thoughts and the beautiful mind behind it that iam so much in awe of!!
